Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
• Hospital or healthcare cleaning experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to bend, twist, lift, push, and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must wear personal scrubs while on duty

Job Duties:

• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, and hospital common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean windows throughout the facility
• Safely use cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and housekeeping equipment
• Move beds and lift mattresses to thoroughly clean underneath and surrounding areas
• Remove trash and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
• Interact professionally with patients, visitors, and hospital staff
• Follow all hospital safety, infection control, and housekeeping procedures
• Perform additional custodial duties as assigned
