Volunteer Compliance Specialist Officer (Africa Only)

Join us in helping women and communities heal, rise, and move forward. Responsibilities Monitor compliance with NGO regulations in African countries where WOCOTM operates. Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure grant and donor reporting aligns with both international and local compliance standards. Track legal and regulatory changes across African jurisdictions and advise leadership accordingly. Conduct compliance audits/reviews to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Ensure proper filing and documentation for NGO registrations, annual returns, and statutory reports. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Programs teams to ensure compliance in operations. Provide training and guidance on compliance best practices to staff and volunteers. Liaise with regulatory bodies, partners, and donors as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Women of Color on the Move
