Position Requirements Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief CRNA to lead the rebuilding and revitalization of the CRNA team at Exeter Hospital. As Chief CRNA, you will create and foster a positive, collaborative environment with the new CRNA team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and team development. Description Looking to grow their CRNA team, Exeter Hospital is a level 3 trauma center located in Exeter, New Hampshire. This community‑based practice offers an anesthesia care‑team model, embracing an excellent work‑life balance and collegial environment. CRNAs practice with autonomy and are encouraged to practice to the full scope of their license. Comfort with pediatrics is preferred. The Chief CRNA will serve as a clinical coordinator for nearby nurse anesthesia programs that have clinical rotations at Exeter Hospital. Exeter is conveniently located, being less than an hour from Boston and Portland, which is great for commuters within the family. Exeter is located next to the seacoast and within close distance to mountains, offering superb outdoor activities and notable schools such as Phillips Exeter Academy. Boston’s Logan airport is only an hour away, making it easy to travel. It is considered a great place for family living and community. There is no state income tax or sales tax. Team Highlights CRNAs work in a care‑team model and have the ability to practice with autonomy. CRNAs are encouraged to practice full scope with options to perform regional anesthesia (spinal and blocks).
