3rd Shift Production Lead

Direct Hire | Wabash, IN
$28/hr - Up to $30/hr for Exceptional Candidates

Pro Resources is seeking a dependable and motivated 3rd Shift Production Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in Wabash, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and leading a team toward success.

This position will begin with approximately 2 months of training on day shift before transitioning to the permanent overnight schedule.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $28/hr
• Up to $30/hr for exceptional candidates
• Training Schedule (Approx. 2 Months):
  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-7:00pm
  • Shorter shift on Fridays
• Regular Schedule After Training:
  • 3rd Shift: 7:00pm-7:00am

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees during assigned shift
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance
• Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and escalating concerns when needed
• Complete shift reporting and communicate updates during shift handoffs
• Train and support team members on procedures and safety practices
• Promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Prior leadership or lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Experience with production machinery or industrial equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of safety procedures and manufacturing best practices preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in varying plant temperatures and conditions
