Assistant Property Manager

Job Overview Cambridge Real Estate Services is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a part‑time position (25 hours per week, including Saturdays). The role is based in the site management office and includes overseeing daily activities such as leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration, and policy & procedure compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staff. Monitor property conditions to provide proactive maintenance services. Supervise and coordinate vendors, including landscapers, turnover services, and technicians. Oversee capital projects. Provide effective resident relations. Monitor and manage resident payment practices. Qualifications Property Management experience required. Full understanding of property management and financial aspects. Yardi experience preferred. Customer focus and bottom‑line orientation. Positive attitude and ability to remain positive under all circumstances. Willingness to participate in training. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Professional appearance at all times while on the job.
