Job description:

We are seeking a Shop Helper to support our team building and restoring custom roadsters and hot rods. This is a great entry point for someone who loves cars and wants to learn the trade hands-on.

• Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist technicians and fabricators with teardown, assembly, and parts handling
• Prep parts and surfaces by sanding, grinding, degreasing, and masking
• Receive, sort, and track parts and supplies
• Move vehicles and components around the shop as directed
• Run errands for parts and materials as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in classic and custom cars
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand or work on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver's license
• Able to support a Monday-Thursday or Tuesday - Friday work schedule with 8 hours per day (32 hours per week)
