Job Description
Title: Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation

Schedule: Variable - 7 days per week departmental coverage - 5 day work week with possible 1 weekend day schedule (Tuesday to Saturday).

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Must have a valid state license before the start of the assignment.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in at least one of the following settings: Acute, SNF, rehab hospital, outpatient.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with EMR - Meditech preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, perform diagnostic assessments and prepare and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Provide professional occupational therapy services for a full range of cases within a rehabilitation program.
- May provide therapy services for a unit, center, or healthcare facility.
- Be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on facility operations.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment on Friday.
