As a Factory Support Tech, this person helps ensure the efficient flow, cleanliness, storage, and readiness of materials and tools within ASML by performing cleaning, packaging, inventory management, material handling, and transactional activities that support Clean Street, Tool Center, and Factory Logistics operations. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, and material traceability while supporting safe and efficient operations. The Factory Support Tech also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and develops cross-functional skills that support future growth within Factory Logistics.

Role and Responsibilities
This role works as part of an operational team supporting Clean Street, Tool Center, and Factory Logistics activities. Main activities take place in cleanroom environments and may include approved manufacturing and logistics support tasks. The position interfaces primarily with team members, the team lead, logistics personnel, manufacturing personnel, and other internal customers. This person performs standardized operational activities by following established work instructions and procedures, while exercising judgment when selecting appropriate actions within a defined operational framework. This role works under the supervision of a team lead.
Major responsibilities will include:
Operations
Maintains knowledge and ability to perform activities supporting Clean Street, Tool Center, and Factory Logistics operations.
Performs material handling, cleaning, packaging, storage, inventory management, and material transaction activities according to established procedures.
Ensures outbound products are properly cleaned, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment or production use.
Manages inventory within assigned storage locations, including Tool Center inventory, while maintaining inventory accuracy and material traceability.
Issues, receives, stores, and transacts tools, equipment, and materials using company systems.
Performs administrative and system transactions required to support operational processes.
Identifies and resolves routine operational disturbances and escalates issues requiring cross-functional coordination.
Aligns daily priorities with team lead and supports team objectives.
Provides guidance to newer team members on routine operational tasks.
Quality
Takes responsibility for maintaining product quality by following cleanliness, packaging, inventory, and material handling standards.
Executes quality checks related to:
Cleanliness standards
Packaging requirements
Inventory accuracy
Material condition
Tool Center operations
Identifies irregularities and escalates findings when required.
Ensures products meet established cleanliness and packaging standards prior to release.
Safety
Takes responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to 5S+1 principles, cleanroom protocols, and company safety requirements.
Performance Management
Participates in Daily Performance Management and continuous improvement activities.
Identifies opportunities to improve:
Cleaning processes
Packaging processes
Inventory accuracy
Material flow
Tool Center operations
Supports implementation of process improvements and standardization efforts
Project Support
Participates in operational improvement projects and executes assigned project activities within Clean Street, Tool Center, and Factory Support operations.
Supports implementation of new processes, equipment, and operational initiatives.
Identifies opportunities to improve project execution, process flow, and operational consistency.
Mentor/Training
Acts as a buddy for new employees and provides on-the-job training using approved work instructions.
Assists with practical skill development and supports maintenance of qualification and training records.
Factory Support Activities
May support approved factory activities including but not limited to:
Material delivery and replenishment
Inventory support
Tool Center operations
Clean Street equipment preventative maintenance
Material staging
Ship preparation support
Leak check support
Supports cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility and operational resiliency.
Education and Experience
High school diploma, GED; or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; associate degree, vocational training, military experience, or related experience in logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing, inventory management, cleanroom operations, material handling, or a similar operational environment preferred.
1 year of experience working in a cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing support, or related operational environment.
Capable of obtaining required cleanroom certifications and operating specialized cleaning equipment.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality, cleanliness, and 5S+1 expectations while working in cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing support environments.
Maintains a high level of ownership for inventory accuracy, material traceability, product condition, and proper documentation within company systems.
Open to cross-training, continuous improvement, and skill development to support operational flexibility across Clean Street, Tool Center, and Factory Logistics activities.
Other Information
The schedule for these positions will follow a compressed workweek: three days on, four days off, four days on, and three days off. Shifts are 12 hours long, with opportunities available on both day shift and night shift. Day shift runs from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and night shift runs from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities
Routinely required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
May require travel based on business needs.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to read, interpret, and communicate operational data, information, and documents.
The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently:
$17-24Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
