Job Description

In Search of Full-Time Line Cooks

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
-Follows food safety and workplace sanitation requirements.
-Ensures every item on station is produced and presented as instructed.
-Prioritizes cooking & preparation times of each order to ensure timely delivery of guest meals.
-Sets the next meal shift up for success by properly cleaning work stations, equipment & utensils, and maintaining an organized food storage area.
-Makes sure all duties have been completed to standard at the end of their shift.
-Performs additional tasks & projects as assigned.
-Able to communicate and perform as part of a team
-Able to memorize and replicate recipe/menu item production procedures.
-Possess the physical stamina to stand working for up to 8 hours.
-ServSafe (Food Handlers Certification) is a plus.
