Shift Availability 3rd Shift Tuesday – Friday | 8:15 PM – 6:15 AM or 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM OR Monday – Friday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM 4th Shift Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM Starting Pay: $17.50 – $18.55 per hour. Shift Premium: $1.50 for 3rd shift. Sign on Bonus – up to $2,500, based on experience and shift. What You’ll Be Doing Operate and oversee multiple machines to manufacture high-quality parts that adhere to specifications. Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools to verify accuracy and consistency. Ensure safe and efficient machine performance by monitoring cycle times and promptly identifying potential issues. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to support dependable daily operations. Maintain an organized and safe work area to facilitate a seamless production process. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work procedures. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions. Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended durations. Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to upholding safety standards. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
