As an Electrical Helper, you will support lead electricians and field crews with residential electrical installations on active construction sites.Key Duties & Responsibilities As an Electrical Helper, you will:Assist with residential rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wireHelp install electrical trim components such as outlets, switches, light fixtures, and devicesCarry, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment for the crewSupport the lead electrician and field team with daily jobsite tasksKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeMaintain a professional and respectful working relationship with supervisors, leadmen, and crew membersCommunicate job progress, issues, and solutions when neededFollow all company safety policies and report hazards promptlyTake direction well and contribute to a productive team environmentPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Education NoneMinimum Years of Experience 0-2Specific Qualifications Qualifications & SkillsElectrical experience is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of the National Electrical Code is a plusAbility to pass pre-employment screening such as background check and MVRAbility to read blueprints and electrical layouts is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learnAbility to work well as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsStand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb throughout the workdayLift, carry, and move tools and materials up to 50 poundsSafely use hand tools and power toolsWork at heights using ladders and lifts on multi-story residential construction sitesWear required personal protective equipment while performing job dutiesMaintain reliable attendance and stamina for full work shiftsWork EnvironmentElectrical Helpers work on active residential construction sites. Conditions may include indoor and outdoor work, heat, humidity, dust, noise, unfinished structures, ladders, and uneven terrain.
