Maintenance Manager

Ready to lead a high-performing maintenance team? We're seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, drive TPM and continuous improvement, and develop a skilled technical team.

Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (occasional weekends as needed) Salary: $120,000–$130,000

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing (required)
• Knowledge of food production machinery, including electrical, mechanical, controls, and electronics
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and CMMS (SAP PM is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Five years or more in a technical management or supervisory role within food manufacturing industry is required.
• Knowledge of electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components found in food manufacturing machinery as well as proper safety standards for food production equipment.
• Experience in creating, executing, and monitoring manufacturing technical standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques and tools are an asset.
• Experience in the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to successfully run a maintenance department; knowledge in SAP Plant Maintenance a plus.
• Demonstrated problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and maintenance management software.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
