Transportation Customer Service Coordinator

Transportation Customer Service Coordinator Full Time Location: Smyrna, TN Salary: Up to $60,000 Specialized Transportation Services (STS) is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Transportation Customer Service Coordinator to support our operations team. STS is a family-owned transportation company based in Smyrna, TN, focused on dedicated freight operations. This role will work closely with drivers, customers, and operations staff to help ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and strong customer service throughout the day. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trucking and logistics environment.
