• Communicate and clarify business requirements with technical delivery team members, including the Product Manager, Data Modeler, Developers, and Product Owner.
• Assist in evaluating technical approaches, including potential platform, architecture, and integration decisions, as needed.
• Test system functionality to verify the accuracy and completeness of changes and ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and impediments and communicate recommendations for resolution.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts related to the modernized solution.
• Ensure the product aligns with Commonwealth and PA PUC standards for security, accessibility, including WCAG, data privacy, and compliance.
• Provide regular status updates, findings, and recommendations to IT leadership and business sponsors.

Minimum Qualifications
