QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to communicate effectively in English through both speech and writing. Previous patient care experience preferred. Current certification for Medication Aide. RESPONSIBLITIES Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to Patient Care Supervisor. Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation. Reports medication reorder. Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education and in-service as required. Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms. Current certification for Medication Aide.
