As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and authorized vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential streets, common areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, observations, and policy violations, and promptly communicate relevant information to site management and/or appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
