Housekeeping staff play a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests, players, and staff. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and office areas.Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.Detail-clean suites and premium spaces (dusting, mopping, wiping surfaces, restocking supplies).Pick up and sort waste and recycling following post-event procedures.Pressure-wash seating bowl and other exterior surfaces as needed.Maintain cleaning equipment and report supply or maintenance needs.Follow all cleaning, safety, and PPE protocols.Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work with others.Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.Flexible availability — daytime, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by stadium schedule.Able to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take initiative.Reliable, punctual, and able to work a fast-paced, event-driven schedule.Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift, carry, and move objects (frequently up to ~50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and in noisy, crowded environments.Part-time employees are eligible for our 401(k) savings plan, including employer 401(k) matching (subject to plan eligibility and terms).
