Job Summary

CRM Health Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Aides to provide non-medical in-home support to clients of all ages. The Home Care Aide assists with daily living activities, companionship, and light household tasks to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities

This is a part-time weekend position: Sunday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm with occasional additional PRN hours available on weekdays. Responsibilities may vary based on the client’s individual care plan and support needs.

This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including standing, bending, reaching, and safely lifting (50lbs or more) or assisting clients who may require support with mobility or transfers.

 

• Provide companionship, conversation, and engagement
• Supervise and ensure a safe, structured environment
• Assist with toileting and daily routines
• Provide medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Support family by providing reliable respite care
• Escort client to appointments or outings as needed
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate care notes and follow agency policies

Required Qualifications

 

• Previous caregiving or home care experience 
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Comfortable providing hands-on support, including toileting assistance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
