Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, practicing in accordance with state nursing laws, professional standards, and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Performs the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care. Delivers relationship-based care tailored to diverse patient populations, incorporating cultural competence. Partners with patients and families through effective communication, education, and goal-setting. Coordinates safe, quality care documentation and promotes a respectful, inclusive environment. Participates in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Serves as a preceptor, mentor, and actively engages in professional development and shared governance. Supports resource management, protocol development, and compliance with policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred. Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and time management skills.
