Thought Leader Liaison, West

Ipsen seeks a Thought Leader Liaison for the western U.S. region to execute key opinion leader engagement strategy within the Neuroscience commercial team. The role focuses on building relationships with thought leaders, generating market insights, and driving advocacy for the company's neuroscience portfolio across multiple indications.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional KTL engagement strategy aligned with national priorities and build relationships with established and emerging thought leaders
• Generate actionable market insights on treatment trends, competitive dynamics, and reimbursement challenges; translate findings into strategic recommendations
• Lead execution of regional programs including advisory boards, consulting engagements, KTL meetings, and peer-to-peer initiatives
• Coordinate pre-, during-, and post-congress engagement plans ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Serve as cross-functional liaison between Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Value & Access teams to ensure regional-national strategy alignment

Requirements

• Ability to influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong business acumen and marketplace knowledge in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
• Strategic partnership-building experience with healthcare professionals or key opinion leaders
• Demonstrated project management and execution capabilities
• Compliance and regulatory knowledge in pharmaceutical commercial activities
• Field-based travel capability across assigned western U.S. territories
