Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our mental health team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by providing providing family, individual and group therapy, conducting psychological testing and evaluation of patients and monitoring treatment-planning efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Provide counseling and direct services as needed. Conduct psychological testing and evaluation Design individualized care plans, using a variety of treatments: Utilize appropriate therapy format based on patient assessment and need Analyze and evaluate patient data or test findings to diagnose nature or extent of mental disorder Prescribe, direct, or administer psychotherapeutic treatments to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders Monitor treatment-planning efforts Perform required documentation of patient records in a timely and accurate manner Maintain assigned caseload 2. Support the organization mission and strategic vision. Shares expertise and information with colleagues Promotes and demonstrates commitment to organization values and strategic initiatives Submits recommendations that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of behavioral health services Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment to patients 3. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality requirements. Maintain client privacy and confidentiality; Does not share client information without written informed consent from the client-guardian or parent per Wisconsin state administrative code or in compliance with court order Reports violations of ethical behavior 4. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education & Licensure: Master's degree in psychology, PhD preferred Current licensed Psychologist with Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services Experience: Minimum of two (2) years post-licensure experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication and listening skills Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction and manage multiple demands and priorities St. Croix Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
