Data Entry Mailroom Associate

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Data Entry Mailroom Associate to join our operations team. This role is responsible for keying, scanning and docu-typing for clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment.

Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Details:

• Data Entry Mailroom Associate will be responsible for keying documents accurately
• Sorting, scanning, perform quality and check process
• Receives data and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients
• Receives documents from both electric and hard copy forms for processing
• Capture information based on client requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with high volume workload/environment
• Previous data entry experience with high accuracy is preferred
• Performs other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Pay is $15.00hr which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-$33,250.
