Sign‑on/Retention Bonus $10,000 Your new role As a Clinical Psychologist with GuideStar Eldercare, you will provide neuro‑behavioral health services to residents in long‑term care facilities. Using a multidisciplinary approach, you will partner with specialty clinicians to deliver holistic, continuity of care for the elderly afflicted with neurocognitive disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. What you'll do Provide evaluations and establish diagnoses (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, vascular) Conduct cognitive assessments Offer condition‑specific support or insight‑based therapy when indicated Coordinate the patient’s care plan with the facility, PCP, and GuideStar colleagues, and engage families as needed What you'll need to succeed An active state Psychologist license, passion for the geriatric population, interest in neurobehavioral science, and a desire to make a difference in patients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other neurodegenerative disorders. An HSPP is preferred in applicable states.
