Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, preferably in a school or behavioral setting
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children (K-5th)
• Strong teamwork skills to partner with educators and RBTs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility and patience in fast-paced environments
• Background in behavior support, special education, or related fields preferred

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist classroom teachers and RBTs with daily instructional and behavioral interventions
• Supervise and engage small groups of students in educational activities
• Implement individualized strategies to support student behavior and learning
• Track student progress, behavior incidents, and relay information to the team
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Support students through redirection, encouragement, and skill-building exercises
