Hospice Admissions RN: Compassionate Home Care Advocate

UnitedHealth Group

UnitedHealth Group through its Mederi Caretenders family seeks a Hospice Admissions Nurse in Melbourne, FL to lead the admission process and advocate for patient and family needs in line with regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with physicians, referral sources, and the care team while managing confidential records and admissions with professionalism and empathy. Hourly compensation ranges with full benefits are offered.
