Job DescriptionThe Onboarding and Support Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a smooth, high-quality experience in product support quality experience for customers across both residential and commercial segments. This role blends operational onboarding with responsive Tier 1 customer supportguiding properties from contract signature through locker installation and activation, while also serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing support needs. This person ensures clarity, consistency, and follow through across all customer interactions, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to drive timely issue resolution and successful deployment.
