Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

Current RN license
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations on the unit
Manage nursing staff and coordinate schedules
Ensure compliance with health care regulations
Provide high-quality patient care and support
Assist with staff training and development
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
