Job Description
Quality Response Medical Staffing, LLC (QRMS) is seeking a qualified Pathologists' Assistant for an anticipated federal healthcare contract in Memphis, Tennessee.
The selected professional will support pathology and laboratory services in a federal healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist pathologists with gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens.
- Prepare tissue specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Maintain accurate specimen records and documentation.
- Follow laboratory safety and quality assurance procedures.
- Assist with pathology laboratory operations.
- Work collaboratively with pathologists and laboratory personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Current ASCP Pathologists' Assistant certification (PA).
- Previous surgical pathology or grossing experience.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, specimen handling, and safety protocols.
- Ability to meet federal facility credentialing and screening requirements.

- Full-time contract opportunity.
- Anticipated start date: April 1, 2027.
- Potential long-term assignment, subject to contract award and renewals.
- Assignment contingent upon contract award.
