Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department
Location: Ocala, FL 34474
Pay Range: $32–$48/hour
Schedule: Night Shift | Rotating Weekends

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity Emergency Department team in Ocala, FL. This role is ideal for nurses with strong clinical experience who excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and emergency interventions

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of conditions

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Respond effectively to critical and trauma situations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED required)

• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license required

  • Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire

• ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire

• ENPC, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and TNCC (or TNCC Instructor) within 6 months of hire

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
