Make Your Mark The Senior Customer Adoption Expert will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced solutions that meet complex customer requirements and drive significant business value. Responsibilities include: Design, implement, and integrate BlackLine solutions for customers. Deliver high customer satisfaction and positive feedback. Resolve highly complex technical issues promptly. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills. Mentor and develop junior team members. What You’ll Bring Deep understanding of accounting and financial processes. Advanced proficiency with BlackLine products and services. Extensive experience with ERP systems and integration. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5‑7 years of experience in a similar role. Benefits Salary Range: USD $128,000.00/Yr. – USD $161,000.00/Yr. (variable incentive components may be included).
