Title: Sr Construction Project Manager (we are hiring for all levels of experience)

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Pay: $120k-$160k base (DOE) + 10-35% bonus + Truck + Gas card

• Large Multi Family with Retail, Retail, Class A Office Towers

• Medical Offices, Surgical Centers

Required

• We are hiring for all levels of work experience!
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Extensive understanding of construction industry best practices, methodologies, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with permitting procedures and utility coordination processes.
• Team-oriented leadership approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Bonus points for any Preconstruction / Estimating background (not required)
