Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) Createnew designsfor internal and external printed marketing materials. Create presentation materials to support training, managementmeeting, and executive presentations. Develop and implement design strategies to enhancecompany'sbrand image. May recommend,implementandmaintainhardware and software requirements for the department. May write feature articles, newspaper advertising,biosand press releases. Recommend,sourceand manage outside creative resources. May provide color copy support for sales associates and representatives of new home development. May deliver designed materials to printers/vendors. Perform anyadditionalresponsibilities as requested or assigned. Performance Expectations Meet all performance and behavior expectations. Perform responsibilities as directed. Establishand maintain positive work relationships. Demonstratecompetencies necessary to complete responsibilities. Follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications Education: Associate's degree in graphic design; or equivalent work experience. Experience: 3-5years experienceas a graphic designer on a variety of media includingInternet. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in PC and Mac design programs. Strong creative and conceptual skills. Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
