CRNA Indiana Order ID: 112436 Location: Indiana Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call response time 30 minutes; site notes one weekday call per week and additional late room coverage as scheduled Setting: Independent CRNA practice model (as noted) Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available EMR: Epic Position Overview Locum tenens CRNA coverage across a high volume case mix with heavy OB noted Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks) Clinical Scope General surgery Orthopedics with spine heavy case mix noted Urology Ophthalmology OB and GYN ENT Podiatry Dental and pediatric dental (limited, as noted) Required Qualifications Active Indiana license Required certifications as specified by the site Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
