Business Intelligence and Infrastructure Analysts Intern Description - Additional Job Description This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Develop dashboards and reports that communicate actionable insights. Use Python and SQL to automate data preparation and analysis. Support scalable analytics solutions and reusable data products. Help establish data-quality and governance practices. Translate stakeholder needs into analytical requirements. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and AI. Create intuitive data visualizations and user experiences. Document data sources, analytical methods, and business definitions. Collaborate with strategy, technology, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment. Education Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university. Has no more than 24 months of prior work experience professionally related to the intern requisition they are applying to (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience) Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with data analysis and visualization. Working knowledge of Excel, Python, and SQL. Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience developing dashboards in Power BI. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools. Understanding of data governance and data-quality principles. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Familiarity with UX/UI principles for dashboards and analytical products. Experience automating repetitive reporting or data-processing tasks.
