In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, lead renewal and service strategies, and partner across teams to deliver an exceptional client experience while driving profitable growth. If responsiveness and proactive outreach is your brand then read further!Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex client relationships and deliver proactive, high-quality service across an assigned portfolio.Develop creative solutions, navigate client concerns, and use sound judgment to resolve challenging issues.Drive account retention and identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationships.Lead renewal planning, contract negotiations, and account strategy for employer group clients.Partner with brokers, benefits leaders, sales teams, and implementation partners to support onboarding, service, and long-term client goals.Analyze reporting needs, monitor performance expectations, prepare client communications, and contribute to presentations, renewals, and RFP responses as needed.Qualifications5+ years of experience managing and servicing key high profile accounts, preferably in the dental, medical, or benefits industryCurrent Illinois Insurance Producer’s license, or the ability to obtain one within a defined period after hireStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills to find win-win solutionsStrong communication skills, including presentation skills, and negotiation skillsAbility to build trusted relationships with high expectation clients, influence outcomes, and work effectively across teamsKnowledge of dental benefits, insurance operations, and client account management practices is preferredWhy Join UsFree dental for employees and their dependentsCompetitive benefits: free vision, life, STD/LTD for employees/medical options for many budgets/401k and company matchGenerous PTO program; 11 paid holidays per calendar yearGreat people and cultureHealthy work/life balanceConveniently located off I-88 in Naperville, ILA total expected annual compensation (base + variable compensation) of $120,000-$150,000+Delta Dental of Illinois is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
