ENG- Coordinate and execute engineering projects supporting the full lifecycle of digital engineering services for military aircraft programs. Manage technical, schedule, and cost baselines while coordinating hardware, software, supplier, and customer activities to ensure successful project execution. Support business capture, systems integration, field support, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

#Education & Job Requirements

*Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a directly related field
*9+ years of experience managing U.S. Government, Aerospace, and/or DoD projects
*Experience with Project Management and Supplier Management
*History of managing projects through proposal, development, qualification, and customer support phases
*Knowledge of subsystem design, requirement allocation, and technical supplier management
*Critical analysis and problem-solving skills across system, hardware, and software architectures
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

#Preferred Skills

*Military aircraft program experience
*Experience working within a C-17 matrixed reporting organization
*Familiarity with PMBOK concepts and practical applications
*Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring skills

#Job Duties & Functions

*Support the full product lifecycle, including business capture, program award, baseline establishment, requirement development, supplier subcontracting, systems integration, field support, and customer interaction
*Coordinate hardware and software development activities with internal organizations, U.S. Air Force customers, and international customers
*Manage technical, schedule, and financial project baselines
*Execute complex project management activities to maintain schedules and minimize impacts to engineering efforts
*Monitor technical performance, quality, cost, and on-time delivery of products and services
*Support customer success throughout the project lifecycle
*Maintain regular and predictable attendance

#Physical Requirements & Environment

*Work onsite full-time
*Travel domestically up to 5% as required
