Job Title

Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) / OHRU – Registered Nurse (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) and/or OHRU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill cardiovascular patients, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
• Float to other units within the facility as a helping hand on an as-needed basis
• Float to other regional facilities (within the greater metro area) as needed, with a minimum of 2 hours' notice prior to shift start
• Adhere to facility call-off policies, including potential rescheduling of missed weekend or holiday shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Colorado (or compact license eligibility)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated experience in a Cardiovascular ICU or similar critical care environment
• Willingness and ability to float between multiple regional facility locations as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVICU or critical care setting
• Familiarity with open-heart recovery or post-cardiac surgical patient populations
• Experience working across multiple facilities or health system campuses
