As a Physical Therapist, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to utilizing evidence-based practices to serve our diverse client population. The position is full-time, operating Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, with a focus on providing direct, hands-on care to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing their physical abilities and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and function.Implement and monitor interventions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and clinical feedback.Employ appropriate therapeutic techniques, utilizing modalities and exercises tailored to each client's needs.Document patient care accurately and timely, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, providing guidance and support throughout their therapeutic journey.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients who require multiple services, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.Meet established productivity goals and organizational objectives while upholding the company's core values.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Renew Motion Therapy, our patient population is incredibly diverse, spanning various age groups, races, and physical challenges. We emphasize a patient-first philosophy, striving to make every interaction meaningful.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.Current and unrestricted physical therapy licensure in the state of New Jersey, as mandated by the Board of Physical Therapy.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.Ability to conduct both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments when clinically appropriate.A flexible and adaptive mindset, particularly in an evolving healthcare landscape.Commitment to continuous learning, teamwork, and providing excellent customer service.Preferred ExperienceExperience in outpatient physical therapy settings, particularly with a focus on rehabilitation.Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation processes.Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.Compensation and BenefitsRenew Motion Therapy offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
