You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.Service area: Southwest and Southeast Houston area - Pearland, Meyerland, South Park, Hiram Clarke, Braeswood, Fresno, Manvel, Rosharon, Brookshire/Sealy, Wharton and El Campo. Part-time positions only.Responsibilities:With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to: companionship, light cooking and cleaning, bathing, grooming and toileting, assistance with ambulation and medication reminders, transportation for appointments and errands.Qualifications:CNA or Caregiver 1-2 years experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill personsExceptional communication skillsReliable transportation; must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insuranceMust be physically able to perform the duties of this positionHigh school diplomaMature, caring, punctual, and reliablePass a criminal background checkBenefits:We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)We provide liability insuranceCompensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
