The Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at our organization is on the lookout for exceptional anesthesiologists to deliver anesthesia services at our facility, Magee-Womens Hospital. Applicants should be board-certified or board-eligible in anesthesiology and must hold or be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania. A fellowship or significant experience in obstetric anesthesiology is essential.

Key Highlights:

• Position encompasses both general and obstetric anesthesia.
• Work Schedule: Daytime coverage for physicians from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (General); Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM (OB).
• On-call duties: Beeper call and in-house OB call from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on all days.
• Supervision of CRNAs with a target concurrency of 3:1.
• The hospital employs 19 anesthesiologists and 49 CRNAs.
