About the Opportunity A well-established surgical practice in Danbury, CT is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a busy practice in a community with strong demand for both cosmetic and reconstructive services. Position Highlights Diverse practice mix including: Cosmetic surgery (facial, breast, body contouring) Reconstructive surgery (post-oncologic, trauma, wound care, hand surgery, etc.) Non-surgical aesthetics (injectables, lasers, skincare) if desired Immediate patient volume from established referral base Modern surgical facilities and in-office procedure rooms Experienced clinical and administrative support staff Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, malpractice, CME, retirement plan) Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients requiring cosmetic and reconstructive surgical care Perform a full spectrum of plastic surgery procedures Provide non-surgical aesthetic services if desired Maintain thorough and accurate medical records Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams Participate in practice development and community outreach Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery Connecticut medical license or eligibility Excellent surgical skills and patient communication Interest in practice growth and high-quality patient care About Danbury, CT Danbury is located in beautiful Fairfield County and offers a vibrant community with excellent schools, cultural attractions, shopping, and dining.
