About the Role You will be responsible for final trim and site preparation work, operating a Posi Track / Skid Steer to precise levels and specifications across a range of civil and private projects. Training in our machine guidance system will be provided for the right candidate. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced All‑Round Operator who can confidently handle a range of civil machinery and work both independently and within a tight‑knit team. We’re looking for: A reliable and skilled screed hand or rake hand with experience in asphalt laying and finishing.
