• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings.
• Follow up with leads to keep interest warm and support their hiring journey.
• Ensure accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system.
• Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads.
