RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse- Eastern San Antonio

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care for infants, children, and adolescents in their homes in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. Flexible and dependable scheduling is offered. Pay Range: $24 – $36 per hour. Job Duties Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventatively initiate care to enhance patient protection and quality of care. Benefits Competitive weekly pay.
