that enable you to perform at your best. Together we win! THE OPPORTUNITY The Teller is responsible for assisting with the execution of branch activities,
including day-to-day delivery of client-facing services and processing
transactions. The role of a Teller is to provide exceptional customer service
and maintains knowledge of products, fees and stay current on bank offerings
that will deepen a customer relationship. Performs all duties in accordance with
the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and
regulations, wherein the Company operates, Performs all duties in accordance

regulations, wherein the Company operates. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE * Accurately and efficiently process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check
cashing, ATM, night drop).
* Answer questions and resolve customer concerns regarding services provided by
the Bank.
Assist with vault and ATM balancing
Input hold/stop payments.
Assist in monthly certifications.
Conduct account research.
Contribute to the overall success of the branches audit results
Order supplies and process mail.
Assist with processing and scanning of daily Teller work.
Demonstrate knowledge of wire procedures and be able to assist with wires to meet branch needs
Review and verify daily reports assigned by Branch Management.
Adhere to Bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client and Bank assets.
Participate and contribute to the branch’s overall goals.
Follow all established policies and procedures.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned. WHAT YOU’LL BRING One year cash handling experience in any industry is required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Basic understanding of cash handling and basic knowledge of 10 key (or can learn) is required
* Ability to learn key branch systems; basic end-user knowledge of Word and
Excel is required
* Detailed and accurate; ability to mitigate risks and exercise critical
thinking is required
* Ability to answer basic questions about products and service client needs is
required
* Responsive; establishes and maintains relationships internally and externally
by understanding needs; can appropriate escalate when needed is required
* Engages others in a friendly and reliable manner; ability to write key
information via email and communicate basic information via phone is required
* Maintains awareness of coming products with ability to answer questions and
act with minimum required information is required
* Takes appropriate direction, with ability to escalate appropriately and
following up across multiple concurrent tasks is required
* Accountable for handling appropriate level of risk and making decisions

industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in
