This role will be an integral member of the Corporate Accounting & Consolidations team, supporting monthly close, consolidations, technical accounting activities, hedging analysis, and A/R securitization.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with public accounting, technical accounting, or manufacturing experience who wants to join a large, global organization and gain significant exposure to corporate accounting and executive leadership.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.Position DetailsTitle: Senior AccountantLocation: Milwaukee WISchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexibilityWork Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remoteCompensation: $90,000–$120,000 base salaryBonus: NoneIndustry: ManufacturingBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and additional company benefitsResponsibilitiesSupport the Corporate Accounting & Consolidations team with monthly close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidation activitiesPrepare and record journal entries related to A/R securitization, cloud computing software, and hedge accountingPartner with Treasury to record monthly journal entries associated with qualified and non-qualified hedging activitiesManage the monthly rollforward and related accounting entries for the company's A/R securitization programPrepare and present quarterly hedging analysis used for external financial reportingSupport global intercompany accounting and identify and resolve out-of-balance itemsPrepare and review balance sheet accounts as part of the monthly corporate close and consolidation processConsolidate and validate financial data from business units while investigating discrepancies and irregularitiesProvide accounting guidance to business units regarding accounting policies and their financial implicationsProvide backup support xhyhwjd for final OneStream consolidationsSupport internal and external audits by providing requested financial data and documentationPartner with Corporate Accounting leadership to improve accounting, reconciliation, and month-end close processesPerform accounting activities in accordance with U.S. GAAPQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field requiredCPA required3–5 years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAPExperience with consolidations, technical accounting, or complex accounting transactions preferredExperience with Oracle and/or OneStream is a plus
