Information Technology Business Systems Analyst Level I/II Duration: 6 months with possible extensions. Position Type: Contract. Ceipal ID: SCA_M365006_PH. Scope of the Project This role leads the overall management and evolution of the Microsoft 365 environment for the County, ensuring the platform runs smoothly while driving its effective adoption across departments. The position focuses on rolling out M365 tools and features, helping business units streamline and modernize their processes, and maximizing value from the platform. It also involves working closely with stakeholders to understand needs, guiding best practices, and promoting user enablement, making M365 a key driver of collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation across the organization. Responsibilities Migration of all on-premises SharePoint Intranet to SharePoint Online. Adoption of SPO/Teams at the department level. Replacing Project server online (MS announced EOL in 2026) for Department of Transportation. Ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate the M365 roadmap changes to DTech and the County. Collaborate with Field Services on Desktop App support. Work with DTech Management to create support processes where needed. Create a Power Platform development practice and DevOps operation. Facilitate user requests for M365 integrations. Facilitate user licensing requests for premium products. Collaborate with the Security Office on tenant level changes. Collaborate with the WEB and ECM teams on their SharePoint administrative needs. Required/Preferred Skills Expertise in SharePoint Online, intranet modernization, and migration from on-prem. Strong knowledge of M365 tenant administration, governance, and Teams adoption. Experience with cloud transformation, user adoption, and M365 roadmap communication. Ability to manage daily operations, support processes, and IT service management (ITIL). Proficiency in Power Platform development, governance, and DevOps/ALM practices. Experience designing M365 integrations using Graph API, automation, and connectors. Knowledge of M365 licensing, security, compliance, and tenant-level configurations.
