Bachelors Degree in Finance preferred At least 18 years of age Must have minimum of 2 years banking experience Strong business development and networking skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Good communication skills Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment Job Description Interview loan applicants concerning their businesses, needs, and earnings to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk Receive and review loan applications; obtain and direct the analysis of all necessary financial data Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits Maintain loan portfolios ensuring customer follow-up and monitoring of customer financials Conduct analysis on loan accounts Conduct credit reviews to help assess risk Seek out new business and sustain an active pipeline Build partnership and be point of contact for branch referrals Must develop and maintain relationships within the public eye Other duties as assigned Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Member FDIC, Equal Housing Lender FCBI is an Equal Opportunity Employer We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
