Flexible schedule to take long weekends How You Will Contribute Manage and execute all aspects of commissioning projects from contract execution through the warranty phase, including client relationships, project financials, project deliverables, and tasks assigned to support staff Project Managers: Assist in the development of proposals and business development pursuits Assist project teams in design, construction, and operation of high‑performance buildings. Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, building owners, design professionals, and construction teams. Proactively engage project teams with solutions and recommendations Solve complex problems. Find ways to make you and others around you better Your Expertise Commissioning Engineer (1‑5 years): Experience with commercial buildings, preferably in commissioning, design engineering, building operations, MEP coordination, and/or contracting Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction science, or related field of study, or equivalent work experience in engineering or construction Ability to manage multiple projects and clients including relationships, schedules, commissioning deliverables, commissioning staff, and project financials Curious and actively seek answers to your how and why questions Strong attention to detail Self‑motivated, creative, and driven to do well at any task Ability to tackle multiple tasks, prioritize, and perform work with minimal supervision Ability to lead and execute projects in a hybrid/remote work model Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complicated ideas to audiences with various levels of knowledge on topics Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with teammates, clients, and other outside third parties An overview of your key strengths, both professionally and personally The reasons you feel you’re a great addition to the Group14 team Your resume Any additional information you feel is beneficial in our understanding of you and your work Group14 is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
