Forklift Mechanic
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Technician to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity for a dependable, self-motivated professional who can work independently at customer sites and deliver high-quality service.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and at least two years of hands-on forklift repair experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair forklifts (engines, electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems)
- Perform routine maintenance and part replacements
- Complete work orders and required paperwork accurately and on time
- Provide excellent customer service while working independently
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work under CCTV at customer locations
- Travel locally within the Commerce and Los Angeles area as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of forklift technician experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Dependable and able to follow daily instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
